Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees are also deducted from your refund as follows:
- Small parcel returns: A flat $15 fee applies to eligible small items returned together in one package using a single prepaid label.
- Large parcel returns: A flat $40 fee applies to oversized items that need their own shipping box because of their size or weight.
