- Standard Return Window:
- Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Seasonal merchandise is subject to designated return-by dates, as specified at the time of purchase or on the applicable product page.
- Extended Holiday Returns: items purchased between November 1 and December 24 may be returned until January 15 of the following year. Seasonal merchandise is exempt from the extended holiday return policy.
- Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Conditional Requirements:
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Products can only be returned if they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, along with all the original documentation, parts and accessories.
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or show signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, or the return may be declined.
- Furniture & Mattress
Because of the investment involved in larger pieces, these categories have tailored terms:
- Furniture:
- Our furniture can be returned within 30 days of receipt, if it is in its original packaging and box, and in donatable condition (e.g. no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). You are responsible for covering the full cost of the return shipment.
- Mattress
- Unopened mattress – 30-day full refund
- We want you to love your mattress. That's why open mattresses are eligible for a one-time exchange within 100 days of delivery, giving you the opportunity to try a different mattress that better suits your comfort preferences.
If you choose a mattress of greater value, you will simply pay the difference in price. If you select a mattress of lower value, we will refund the price difference to your original method of payment, so you are only paying for the mattress you keep.
Please note that open mattresses are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund.
