Unopened mattresses can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
We want you to love your mattress. That's why open mattresses are eligible for a one-time exchange within 100 days of delivery, giving you the opportunity to try a different mattress that better suits your comfort preferences.
If you choose a mattress of greater value, you will simply pay the difference in price. If you select a mattress of lower value, we will refund the price difference to your original method of payment, so you are only paying for the mattress you keep.
