In order to request a return, please go to our return portal here: REQUEST A RETURN.
Ensure that you have your order number, and the email address used when placing the order.
- Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number
- Select the item(s) and reason for return
- Choose refund, or merchandise credit
- Print your shipping label. Please note that a flat fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of return shipping, based on the size of the parcel as detailed under the topic “Return Shipping”
