Bed Bath & Beyond Canada gives you 100 nights from the delivery date to decide whether the mattress is right for you.
You may exchange the mattress if you’re not completely satisfied during the trial period (100 days from delivery).
Before deciding, it can help to give your body 2–3 weeks to adjust to the new mattress.
If you ordered the wrong size, an exchange may be available during the applicable trial period. Only one exchange per order is permitted, and the replacement continues under the remaining nights form the original delivery date.
To arrange a pickup, please contact our Customer Experience team. Once your shipping information and trial status are confirmed, and a pickup is arranged at no charge when the mattress is eligible and has no environmental or customer-inflicted damage. The mattress must be in donatable condition with no visible damage including tears and/or stains.
Mattresses that are deemed damaged/soiled at the time of pick up will be refused.
