Please note orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once your order has been marked as “shipped”, we can no longer cancel the order as the order has already been fulfilled.
However, you may still be eligible to return the item once received, subject to our Return Policy.
To request a cancellation, please reach out using our chat service, and have your order number (found in your confirmation email), as well as the email used to place the order ready.
